4 from Haryana held for gangster Raju Theth’s murder
Four people from Haryana have been arrested for the murder of gangster Raju Theth, who was shot at his residence in Rajasthan’s Sikar district on Saturday.

By India Today Web Desk– Four people from Haryana have been arrested for the murder of gangster Raju Theth, who was shot at his residence in Rajasthan’s Sikar district on Saturday.
Rajasthan’s Director General of Police Shri Umesh Mishra said four of the five suspects involved in Raju Theth’s murder have been identified and they were arrested from Bhiwani in Haryana.
The accused have been identified as Himanshu, Satish, Jatin and Naveen alias Boxer–all residents of Haryana. Sources in the police said that Himanshu and Satish had registered at CLC coaching located in front of Raju Theth’s house on November 6.
This is the same coaching institute where a 16-year-old girl, whose father was also shot in the firing that killed Raju Theth, is taking classes.

After the gangster’s death, police launched search operations to trace the suspects involved in the gansgter’s murder.
At least 100 policemen from Sikar and Jhunjhunu police searched Khetri, Buhana and Nawalgarh area as police suspected that the accused may have taken refuge in these pockets following the murder.
Police found a car near Bagholi river bank in Jhunjhunu district, which they suspect the accused used to flee after shooting Raju Theth.
The police reached upto Bhiwani in Haryana, from where they arrested four accused while a hunt is on to arrest the fifth accused in the case.
RAJU THETH HAD SOUGHT PROTECTION
Aajtak-India Today accessed a letter written by Raju Theth to the SOG, IG Jaipur range demanding security for himself.
Raju’s lawyer had also written to the Rajasthan Chief Minister, Director General of Police and the home department seeking protection.
He had clearly mentioned that he had come to know that some people were conspiring to kill him. No action was taken even after repetitive efforts made through formal and informal media, said Raju Theth’s lawyer.
BANDH IN LAKSHMANGARH
A bandh has been called in the Lakshamgarh town of Sikar district on Sunday to protest against the alleged gang war and demand the arrest of the killers involved in Raju Theth’s murder.
Former sarpanch Kuldeep Batard, the coordinator of the bandh and Ramprasad Dhayal Banai, district president of the National Jat Ekta Sangathan, said the president of the Board of Trade, Vishnu Bhoot, has also announced his support for the bandh. Specific and essential services have been exempted from the shutdown.
